Alicia Iglesias

Alicia Iglesias is the founder and CEO of Orden y Limpieza en Casa, a project that has helped thousands of families since 2016 to create practical, sustainable, and perfectionism-free homes. A professional organizer based in Madrid, she shares her method through the bestselling book 21 días para tener tu casa en orden, an annual planner now in its 9th edition, as well as through social media and a weekly newsletter full of practical, everyday tips.

Her approach promotes flexible routines, respect for each family's individual pace, and responsible use of resources — the same natural and mindful philosophy we share at Henna Morena. A lover of plants, gardening, and life’s small pleasures, Alicia reminds us that order is not an aesthetic goal, but a path toward a lighter, clearer, and happier life.

Which values of Henna Morena resonate most with you and why?

What I like most about Henna Morena is its respect for nature and the body. The idea of taking care of ourselves calmly, without rushing, seems beautiful and necessary to me. I also love that it celebrates natural beauty, without covering or disguising, just enhancing what is already there.

Do you have a special ritual with Henna Morena products? Tell us how you experience that moment.

Yes, absolutely. The day I do my henna, since it takes a while, I turn it into a little ritual for myself. I prepare the mixture carefully, play soft music... and while it works, I take that time to be with myself. It’s not just for the hair; it’s a complete self-care moment.

What changes have you noticed in your hair since you’ve been part of the Henna Morena universe?

My hair is stronger, has more volume, and is much shinier. But the most important thing for me is that I feel like it’s truly being cared for.

Is there any trick, mix, or combination you love and would like to share with other women?

I add an infusion and a few tablespoons of Almond Oil with Lavender to the henna mixture. Since my daughter has very dry hair, I also use this oil as a mask before washing.

If you had to describe Henna Morena to someone who doesn’t know the brand, how would you do it in a few words?

Henna Morena is returning to the essentials. It’s learning to take care of your hair with plants, calmly, and with respect. It’s conscious beauty.

What is that product you always recommend and why do you think it’s so appealing?

The plant-based hair color, especially the one I always use, Indigo with Henna. It covers without damaging, and leaves the hair shiny, silky, and with body. Plus, it doesn’t leave any reddish tones.

And if you could only take one Henna Morena product to a deserted island... which one would you choose and how would you use it there?

I’d take the Almond Oil with Lavender. It’s good for hair, skin, and to hydrate the ends... it absorbs well. It would be my survival all-rounder.
