Anti hair loss routine
Do you know what you need so you don't notice hair loss in autumn? Constancy and good food. For that we propose an 8-week anti-loss haircare routine that also restores shine and hydration to the hair.
A monthly treatment to strengthen the hair.
Once a month or every 15 days prepare a Cassia Obovata with Almond Oil with Lavender and Thyme and Nettle Infusion. How to prepare? In a bowl, pour the package of Cassia Obovata, mix the Cassia Obovata powder with 500ml of Thyme and Nettle Infusion, stir until you get a cup chocolate texture. Add 3 tablespoons of Almond Oil with Lavender and continue stirring until the ingredients are mixed. Apply it to dry hair and leave it on for 1 hour, then wash normally with your usual shampoo.
If you are a brunette you can substitute the Cassia Obovata for the Wallnut and you will also enhance your natural color.
Oil mask: intense weekly hydration.
Once a week, apply Almond Oil with Lavender to dry hair and leave it on for 2 hours (you can also leave it overnight, the hair will better absorb all the nutrients in the oil). Then wash your hair with shampoo and rinse with water. The result will be silky, shiny and strong hair. This treatment closes the hair cuticle and protect it against external agents (cold, pollution, heat...).
Post-wash mask.
Once a week, after washing, apply the Sage with Orange Mask with a few drops of Almond Oil with Lavender. If you have the time, leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse your hair. This mask strengthens and repairs fine hair.
Wash your hair with a natural shampoo.
Washing your hair is very important, it is something we usually do on a daily basis. That is why it is necessary to choose a mild shampoo that cleanses without damaging the hair. For our anti-hair loss routine we recommend the Nettle and Thyme Shampoo or the Juniper Shampoo Bar. You can alternate them or use one of the two.
Tip: if you don't apply a mask after shampooing, we recommend applying a conditioner.
Rinse with plants, a gift for your hair.
Use the Nettle and Thyme Capillary Infusion at the end of each wash as a rinse without rinsing. This gift of nature will provide you with the properties of plants throughout the day.
