Bye bye bye grey hair, brunettes

- 01/30/2020

Finally, the product that brunettes have been waiting for has arrived! We present the new Indigo with Henna vegetable hair colouring formula, which dyes dark brown and dark brown hair, darkening grey hair.

This natural dye is the result of the mixture of two pigmenting plants: Indigosfera tinctoria, better known as Indigo, and Lawsonia inermis, popularly known as Henna. This formula dyes dark brown hair and covers grey hair with a dark tone, without coppery tones.

A unique formula for dark hair colouring

Indigo is a natural dye that has been known for centuries for its cosmetic, medicinal, artistic and decorative uses. It is a plant that, dried and crushed on its own, dyes blue (that is why some people call it dark blue Henna). However, when mixed with Henna it results in a dark brown colour.

How does it work? Pigments and cares for the hair

Indigo with Henna acts as a deposit colouring, i.e. it impregnates and envelops each hair with the pigmenting molecules. This means that the more often it is applied to the hair, the more intense the colour becomes. Grey hair will darken more effectively each time you apply the product, and the hair will achieve a more even tone.

In addition to colour, plants provide vitamins and minerals. Due to their high content of antioxidant ingredients, they will restore vitality and shine to your hair. So, in addition to dyeing your hair, you are also getting an anti-ageing treatment to restore its strength and shine.

If you have more than 50% grey hair: double colouring

Attention! If you are a brunette and have more than 50% grey hair, or very localised and resistant grey hair, you will have to do what we call "double colouring". This consists of two steps. First, you must dye all your hair with one of the four formulas named "Henna with...", which will leave the grey hair coppery. After the application time, wash and dry your hair and do a second dye application, this time with the Indigo with Henna, which will cover that coppery shade of a dark brown just like your natural colour. With this technique, you get a more even colour and grey hair will be covered.

Do you want to dye your hair naturally and don't want to go coppery? This is your formula.
