Henna Morena Method: Aida's before and after

When Aida started with the Method, her hair was dull from the use of chemical dyes, and overall, she felt that her curls lacked life. It had become undefined, something that, for her, defined her identity. She also mentioned struggling with alopecia, and her goal, in addition to recovering her curls and eliminating frizz, was to regain density and reduce hair loss. After two months following Steps 1, 2, and 3 of the Henna Morena Method, this has been her transformation:

Aida's Routine and Recommended Products

STEP 1:

To start the reset and deeply cleanse while caring for and invigorating the scalp, we recommend the Juniper Tar Solid Shampoo.

STEP 2:

Aida's curls needed hydration and good fats to regain vitality and reduce frizz. Sealing the cuticle and rebuilding the curl, considering the fine texture of her hair, was crucial. For this, we recommend the Sage and Orange Mask with every wash. Additionally, once a week, since she started the Method, she has applied a Almond and Lavender Oil mask specifically for hair loss.

STEP 3:

After one month and four weeks of the weekly oil mask, she underwent a treatment with Cassia Obovata, providing nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. Simultaneously, she started the daily application of the F12 Anti-Hair Loss Lotion with Ivy and White Nettle. This has been the key product and step for Aida: curly hair is not usually brushed daily, but the finger massage on the scalp required by the application of the F12 Anti-Hair Loss Lotion has helped Aida activate blood circulation in the scalp, important for the oxygenation of hair follicles and, consequently, strengthening.

STEP 4:

STEP 5:

To maintain the results, Aida will continue weekly with the products from Step 2 (hydration products with healthy fats) and the daily application of the F12 Anti-Hair Loss Lotion. Monthly, she will apply the Cassia Obovata treatment and continue with the Silicon and Jojoba Moisturizing Serum daily as a daily express treatment. Gradually, thanks to hydration and plant-based treatment, Aida will regain the vitality and density of her hair and can incorporate other products like the Aloe Vera Gel with Lavender to define her curls.
