Nettle: vitamin and minerals for hair
There are times when hair feels lacklustre or simply falls out more easily: immunological illnesses, stress, poor diet... This is when you need to give your hair a boost of energy with the help of plants such as Nettle.
It is curious how a plant that we are taught to stay away from as children because of its stinging power, can be a great treasure for our health. Nettle, a common "weed", is actually a gift from nature that we in Spain have used as a remedy since time immemorial. In fact, it is one of the most quoted and versatile medicinal species, very rich in Vitamin C. It has even been considered a panacea!
The most common use is for circulatory system disorders. In ancient times, infusions were prepared to activate blood circulation and treat health problems. But the most interesting thing is that it is known that women used to wash their hair with nettle water to strengthen it and prevent hair loss, as nettle also stimulated the blood flow to the head. Today, we continue this tradition with our own products with Nettle.
Nettle properties for hair
Anti-hair loss and strengthener for weak hair
Frequent use of Nettle infusions and products containing Nettle helps to slow down hair loss, as Nettle stimulates blood circulation, also in the head, and consequently stimulates hair growth. Over time, you will notice hair with more volume, strength and shine.
Sebum regulator for oily hair
Nettle root and leaves are a natural scalp tonic because they regulate and balance sebum production and help fight dandruff thanks to their antiseptic and antioxidant properties. This is due to the presence of mineral salts such as iron, magnesium, calcium and silicon in its composition.

The Nettle and Thyme shampoo is an easy way to reap the benefits of this plant in every wash.
The Hair Loss lotion F12 is a natural concentrate that combats hair loss, stimulates growth and improves hair anchorage thanks to a combination of 12 plants, including Nettle. Apply daily to the scalp, massaging well so that the product penetrates, and your hair will become stronger and more resistant.
The Laurel, Thyme and Nettle infusion is a treatment that you can do on an occasional basis, applying it dry or wet, as the last step of your hair wash without rinsing. It can also be used as a preparation for vegetable hair colouring.
The Henna with Thyme and Nettle infusion is a copper-colouring formula, which we recommend for weak and thinning hair.
