Spring is the season of renewal. Sun, light and nature in its expansive state invite us to join in. This is the best time to get your hair ready. Today we propose a simple but effective recipe that will help you to achieve your dream hair.

We're not going to complicate your life: taking care of yourself with plants is very easy and intuitive. We have prepared a natural recipe that combines oils and foods that you can easily find at home. Shall we get started?

Mask for hair in need of a lot of moisture

Especially for: wavy and curly hair, especially if it is very frizzy and/or has dry ends. As a protein mask, it repairs the hair cuticle and gives elasticity and shine to the hair.

Ingredients and tools: 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel, 1/2 natural yogurt, 1 bowl and 1 wood tablespoon.

Preparation: Mix the two ingredients together and blend until a uniform texture is achieved. Apply the mixture to damp hair, leaving it on for at least 30 minutes, then wash it out with plenty of warm water and your usual shampoo.
