For all its benefits, we like to think of Lavender as a gift from the Mediterranean. By distilling its violet flowers to obtain essential oil, or leaving them to dry for use in infusions, they have sedative, anti-inflammatory, digestive, antibacterial, diuretic, antiseptic and healing properties.
At Henna Morena we incorporate lavender and its essential oil in colouring formulas, botanical oils, shampoos and infusions. It stimulates hair growth, protects against external aggressions, is an excellent conditioner, helps fight dandruff and is also antibacterial.
