These general contracting conditions will apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our online shop HENNAMORENA.COM, from now on The Seller.
We ask you to read these Purchase Conditions carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with all the Purchase Conditions, you should not place any order.
If you agree with them, you will accept them and fill out a data collection from that you will automatically send to the Seller.
1. Contents and information provided
The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. The Seller makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained in the website truthfully and without typographical errors. If for any reason an error like this occurs, at all times beyond the control of the Seller, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a costumer has made a purchase decision based on said error, the Seller will notify the customer of said error and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost on their part.
The contents of the Seller’s website may, sometimes, show provisional information about some products. If for any reason the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost on their part.
All product orders are subject to their availability. In this sense, if there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with the information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order these substitute products, we will refund any amount that you may have paid.
2. Sales system
The products distributed by the Seller can be purchased in its online store or in the Physical Stores that it has.
To make an online purchase, the user must add the items they wish to buy to their “shopping cart” and follow the steps of the purchase process that are defined. The next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do it:
- Add to the shopping cart those items you want to purchase using the “Add to cart” button.
- Click on the “View Cart” button.
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- Enter your contact information to register as a customer or enter your username and password to access your customer account.
- Fill in or check the contact information, the details of your order, the address to which you want the order to be sent and the address to which the invoice must be sent. And press the “Next” button.
- Select the Shipping method and the Payment method.
- Click on the “Next” button.
- Check the box to confirm the “Purchase Conditions” and press the “Confirm Order” button.
- Make the payment according to the selected payment method.
At the end of this process, which includes the registration process on the website to identify the buyer, the order is sent electronically to the Seller to be processed. If the client chooses the option indicated on the web, he will receive a confirmation via email for information purposes that his order has been received, within a maximum period of twenty-four hours.
The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website include the Value added Tax (VAT) that, where appropriate, is applicable.
Purchases made by a natural person domiciled in the Member States of the European Union will be subject to VAT. Purchases made by VAT taxpayers established in the Member States of the European Union will be exempt from said tax.
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in non-member states of the European Union, the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla will be exempt from VAT.
Method of payment and shipping costs
When the customer places the order, the customer can pay fr the purchases made by debit/ credit card.
The Seller sends the orders to its customers to its customers through different express transport companies of recognised national and international prestige. The delivery date to the customer’s home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. The approximate transport times are available in the shipments and returns section of our website. Before confirming the order, the customer will be informed about shipping costs and transport times. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. (The transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the purchase).
3. Exchange and return policy
Returns will not be accepted for reasons not attributable to Henna Morena, that is, you may have changed your mind or there was a decision error when making the purchase.
Returns of defective products or products that do not match the purchased reference are accepted, within 7 working days from the date of receipt. To make this return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and in this case the buyer must contact via email (email@example.com), including a photograph of the defect to notify the problem and give a collection order of the product. In order to return a product, it must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Once the return has been received and the status of the products has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method chosen for the order.
The shipping and return costs in this case are borne by Henna Morena.

4. Obligations of the buyer
The buyer undertakes at all times to provide accurate information about the data request in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.
The buyer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Contracting Conditions, understanding that they include the best possible service will for the type of activity of the Seller.
Likewise, the Seller undertakes to keep the customer personal access codes to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence. The buyer undertakes to enable the delivery of the request order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual merchandise delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.). In case of breach by the customer of this obligation, the Seller will not have any responsibility for the delay r impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.
In the event of the sale or commercialisation of products on our website that require the buyer to be of a certain age according to the current legislation of their country of origin, the buyer declares that meets the requirement to formalise the purchase.
5. Security and confidentiality
The Seller guarantees security and confidentiality in all its communications with its customers. All online payment operations are carried out through a secure server.
6. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
The purchases made with the Seller are subject to Spanish law. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be that the Courts or Tribunals of the seller, as long as there is no legal provision that prohibits it.
